The CAS-Moni.NET-System is a customer specific solution for your monitoring tasks in the pharmaceutical industry for the acquisition and representation of:
- Particle concentrations
- Relative humidity
- Temperature
- Pressure differences
- Air velocities
It has a modular structure and can be expanded in accordance with customer specifications. Easy integration into existing IT infrastructures (keywords Backup and Restore, SQL databases).

- Visualization with VISAM
- SAIA PLC system
- CLIMET particle counters
- NOVASINA sensors (pressure, temperature, humidity)

- Modern bus technology for coupling of sensor system and PLC (TCP/IP, Profibus, Modbus over TCP/IP)

GMP Qualification:
We qualify and validate all soft- and hardware components of the CAS-Moni.NET system in accordance with the relevant directives and guidelines in consideration of the GMP relevance (EU-GMP-Guidelines, GAMP5, FDA 21CFR Part11, ISO 14644).
