Saia CPU's PCD2 and PCD3 are a successful addition to the Siemens S7/300 and S7/400 series

The history of the Swiss company Saia-Burgess starts in 1920 with the production of electromechanical clock timers. The first Saia PLC with an in-house developed operating system is introduced to the market in 1979 in Murten (CH).
The STEP®7 / SCL / HIGRAPH programmable xx7 series has been on the market since 1997.

Close contact to customers through global presence
Saia is in close proximity to its customers. The company structure with the three divisions Automotive, Industry and Controls (PLC) is market-oriented, with production facilities on four continents as well as Tech-Centres in the major European countries, North America and Asia.

A STEP®7 programmable control was developed for industrial automation
The automation devices of the xx7-series have extensive system resources and a high level of flexibility. On this hardware basis, handling of STEP®7-projects is very straight forward and on top of the numerous extra features, the devices are very economically priced.

eurogard has been CVP system partner and distributor for Saia industrial controls for many years. We develop communication modules and software for Saia, who successfully employ our teleservice products.
