Slave unit
The TeleService slave unit IUM2 is a compact device for DIN-rail mounting in the control cabinet with 24 VDC supply voltage.
The devices are available as analog, ISDN and GSM modems, as well as for Ethernet communication.
The IUM2 slave unit has two slots for the chosen interface cards, which can be remotely switched during the connection, allowing you to access, for example, PLC and IPC. RS232, TTY, RS485 and RS422 interfaces are available.
eurogard offers a comprehensive service, from parameterization of special functions to the complete analysis of customer connections, allowing the user plug&play installation and trouble free operation in world-wide TeleService.

Key features
Our S5/S7 GSM slave unit is employed if there is no land line available, for servicing or as a temporary solution.
As with all eurogard teleservice products, the GSM slave unit is ready-to-use directly after switching on without further parameterization. A GSM-SIM card (CSD-type) is not included in the delivery scope.

Service kit
After connection to the power supply and to the PLC, there is immediate access world-wide, enabling support for installation, troubleshooting and programming.

The GSM-version includes a magnet base aerial and 4 meters of extension cable.
