• The eurogard TeleService system is a ready-to use solution for worldwide remote maintenance of all standard automation devices. The TeleService-Software eurogard-connect is supplied with every eurogard master unit. It automatically transmits all relevant transmission parameters to the IUM 2 slave unit in the switching cabinet and sets up a transparent connection to the PLC programming interface with one mouse click.
• You can now use programming and parameterisation tools worldwide, as well as visualisation systems and databases.
• In addition to the preset protocols communication parameters are freely adjustable with one mouse click. This makes our TeleService devices a universal communication system.
• The master unit is available as analog and hybrid modem, allowing ISDN connections, as well.
• A variety of telephone directories help to structure your plant system and allow fast access to all necessary information.
• Commands such as release call-back, transfer and pass word request are handled automatically.
